Vivian focuses her practice on corporate commercial and corporate litigation matters by assisting in providing legal advisory and drafting services to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, multi-national financial institutions’ data privacy and employment policy.
Prior to joining Chan & Jamison LLP, Vivian interned in corporate finance, finance and commercial litigation departments in Hong Kong offices of several international law firm.
Vivian speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
